Website Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mini Cucine website and the initial process of requesting consultations, quotations, design, manufacturing, renovation and installation services. These terms are designed to be clear, straightforward and fair. Please read them before submitting an inquiry or accepting a quotation.
1. About these terms
The website is operated under the Mini Cucine name. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website content provides general information only. A project becomes confirmed only when Mini Cucine accepts the work in writing, the customer approves the applicable quotation or agreement, and any required advance payment is received.
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes, including service enquiries. You must not:
misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its security or operation;
submit false, misleading, unlawful or infringing material;
copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
use the website in a way that harms Mini Cucine, another person or an independent service provider.
3. Appointments and site visits
Submitting an appointment form is a request, not an automatic confirmation. We will contact you to confirm availability, location, scope and timing. Free site visits may be offered within our usual service area and remain subject to availability. Any travel or consultation charge outside that area will be disclosed before the visit.
Please provide safe and reasonable site access at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. Repeated missed appointments may require a visit fee before another booking is confirmed.
4. Quotations and validity
Unless a quotation states otherwise, it remains valid for 15 calendar days from its issue date. Prices may change after that period because of material, hardware, labour, transport, exchange-rate or supplier changes.
A quotation is based on the information and site conditions reasonably visible when it is prepared. Hidden structural, electrical, plumbing, moisture, pest, access or measurement issues may require a revised scope or price. We will explain material changes and obtain approval before proceeding with additional chargeable work.
The quotation or project agreement will identify the included scope, specifications, payment schedule, estimated timeline, taxes if applicable, exclusions and any project-specific warranty.
5. Measurements, designs and approvals
Customers must review measurements, layouts, drawings, finishes, colours, hardware, appliance dimensions and other specifications before approval. Work may begin after written or clearly recorded approval. Approval confirms that the customer accepts the shown design and specifications, subject to any documented correction.
The number of design revisions included will be stated in the quotation. Additional revisions, redesigns after approval or changes caused by new customer requirements may be charged separately, but only after the additional cost is communicated.
6. Deposits and payment
Any advance payment, design fee, manufacturing deposit or instalment schedule will be stated in the quotation. Work, procurement, manufacturing, delivery or installation may be paused if a payment becomes overdue. Any resulting timeline adjustment will not be treated as a delay caused by Mini Cucine.
Payments should be made only through a payment method confirmed by Mini Cucine. Customers should request and retain receipts. We will not be responsible for payments made to an unauthorized person or account where the customer did not reasonably verify the payment instructions.
7. Cancellations and refunds
A cancellation request must be made in writing. If a customer cancels before work begins and before materials are ordered, refundable amounts will be returned after deducting any agreed design fee, site charge, banking cost or other work already completed.
After design work, procurement or manufacturing has started, any refund will be calculated fairly after deducting completed work, approved design fees, customized or non-returnable materials, supplier cancellation charges, transport, labour and other committed project costs. Made-to-measure products and specially ordered materials may have little or no resale value and may therefore be non-refundable once ordered or manufactured.
If Mini Cucine cancels a project for reasons not caused by the customer, we will refund amounts received for work or materials not supplied, subject to a fair reconciliation of completed and delivered items. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
8. Changes to agreed scope
Any change to an approved design, material, quantity, specification, site condition, delivery arrangement or installation scope may affect price and timing. Material changes should be recorded through a revised quotation, variation order, email or other written approval before the additional work proceeds.
9. Materials, samples and natural variations
Samples, renders, photographs and screen images are guides. Actual colour, grain, texture, veining, gloss, pattern and shade may vary because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches and natural material characteristics. Reasonable variations that are normal for the selected material are not defects.
If a specified item becomes unavailable, we will propose a reasonably comparable alternative and seek approval before using it where the substitution is material. Third-party appliances, hardware, stone, sanitary fittings and accessories remain subject to the relevant manufacturer's availability and warranty terms.
10. Customer responsibilities and site readiness
The customer is responsible for:
- providing accurate project information, appliance specifications and decision-maker approvals;
- ensuring lawful access to the property and obtaining any owner, building, society or authority permission required for the work;
- providing a safe, reasonably clear and accessible work area, including suitable electricity, water and access where required;
- disclosing known structural, moisture, electrical, plumbing, gas, pest or safety issues;
- protecting or removing valuables, fragile items, personal belongings, children and pets from the active work area; and
- coordinating independent contractors whose work affects Mini Cucine's scope.
11. Project timelines and delays
Project dates are reasonable estimates unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Timelines normally begin after final approval, required payment, confirmed measurements, material availability and site readiness.
A timeline may be adjusted because of customer changes, delayed approvals or payments, unavailable materials, supplier or transport disruption, concealed site conditions, building restrictions, third-party work, utility interruption, severe weather, public emergency, government action or another event outside reasonable control. We will communicate significant known delays and work to reduce their impact.
12. Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation arrangements will follow the quotation. The customer or an authorized representative should be available for access, inspection and handover. Additional visits, storage, waiting time or re-delivery caused by an inaccessible or unready site may be chargeable after notice.
Our team will take reasonable care while working. Mini Cucine is not responsible for pre-existing defects or for damage arising from concealed utilities, unstable walls or floors, water leakage, structural weakness or inaccurate information that could not reasonably have been identified before work.
13. Inspection, handover and defects
The customer should inspect the completed work at handover and promptly identify any visible issue. Where practical, visible snag items should be reported within seven days with photographs and a clear description. Reporting within this period helps us investigate quickly but does not remove any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct a verified workmanship issue before the customer engages another contractor or claims reimbursement, except where urgent action is reasonably necessary to prevent injury or serious property damage.
14. Recommended workmanship and warranty
Unless the accepted quotation provides a different period, Mini Cucine provides a 12-month workmanship warranty from the documented handover date for defects directly caused by our installation or workmanship. Our responsibility under this warranty is normally to inspect and, where appropriate, repair or correct the affected work within a reasonable time.
The workmanship warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear, cosmetic ageing or natural material variation;
- misuse, overloading, impact, negligence, poor maintenance or failure to follow care instructions;
- water leakage, excessive moisture, humidity, heat, pests, fire, structural movement or utility faults not caused by our work;
- alteration, relocation or repair by another person without our approval;
- customer-supplied materials, appliances or products; or
- a third-party product covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.
This warranty is in addition to any mandatory rights available under applicable law. Project-specific warranty terms stated in an accepted quotation will take priority.
15. Intellectual property
The website, branding, written content, photographs, drawings, concepts, renders and design materials created by Mini Cucine remain protected intellectual property. Until all agreed design fees and project payments are made, project designs remain Mini Cucine property.
After full payment, the customer receives permission to use the approved design for the specific property and project for which it was prepared. Designs may not be resold, reproduced for another property, supplied to another manufacturer or used commercially without written permission, unless the project agreement expressly allows it.
16. Website accuracy and third-party links
We aim to keep website information accurate, but designs, products, photographs, specifications, availability and general price references may change. Website content is not a binding offer or substitute for a project-specific quotation.
Links to maps, messaging services, social networks, suppliers or other websites are provided for convenience. Mini Cucine does not control independent third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
17. Reviews and customer content
If you voluntarily provide a review, testimonial, photograph or other content for publication, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person's rights. We may edit it for length or clarity without changing its meaning. We will not publish identifiable private project information for marketing without appropriate permission.
18. Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mini Cucine will be responsible only for direct loss that is reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by a proven breach of our obligations. We will not be responsible for indirect or speculative loss, lost profit, loss caused by customer delay or inaccurate information, or the acts of an independent third party outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct or another non-excludable legal obligation.
19. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a concern, contact us first at minicucinepk@gmail.com with your name, project reference, explanation and supporting photographs or documents. We will review the matter in good faith and aim to provide a practical response within a reasonable time.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties may use any mutually agreed mediation or other lawful dispute-resolution process. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan and the Province of Sindh. Courts and competent consumer forums in Karachi, Sindh will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
20. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to our website, services or legal requirements. Any updates will take effect from the date they are published. Changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted project agreement unless both parties agree or the change is required by law.
